At B-Star Wheels, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Shipping Charges

All shipping fees displayed at checkout cover shipping costs only.
These charges do not include any additional fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

2. Import Duties, Taxes & Local Tariffs

International shipments may be subject to:

• Import duties
• Customs tariffs
• VAT/GST or other local taxes
• Country-specific clearance fees

These fees are not included in the shipping price charged by B-Star Wheels.
They are assessed by the customs authority of the destination country and are entirely the customer’s responsibility to pay upon arrival of the shipment.

3. Customer Agreement

During checkout, customers must check a box confirming that they fully understand the following:

• The shipping fee paid to B-Star Wheels covers shipping of the wheels only.
• Any tariff, import duty, customs charge, or local tax due upon arrival is not covered by B-Star Wheels.
• These additional fees, if assessed, are solely the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to the appropriate authority in their country.
• B-Star Wheels is not liable for these charges and cannot pay them on the customer’s behalf.

Failure to check this acknowledgment box will prevent the order from being completed.

4. Customs Delays

B-Star Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, inspections, or clearance procedures in the customer’s country.

5. Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused due to non-payment of import fees or duties:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated carrier charges.
• Any refund (if applicable) will be issued minus these costs, once the product is returned to us in original condition.
