Refund policy

Robert George Design Ltd. t/a B-Star Wheels Refund Policy.

B-Star Wheels warrants that it will repair or replace without charge any wheel manufactured by ourselves which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty cover normal road use only and does not cover damage or defect which occurs in shipment or damage or defect which results from alteration, repair, misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, operation or maintenance, motorsport, or any track or competition usage.

The warranty is automatically invalidated if the wheel is not installed, maintained or used according to the instructions. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser; it cannot be modified, transferred, or assigned without prior written consent from B-Star Wheels. If there is a problem please notify the point of purchase or ourselves directly in writing and then arrange for the wheel to be returned for inspection. If the wheel is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, repair or replacement will be made without charge. If the wheel is found not to be defective you will be notified and with your consent the item will be returned to you again at your expense.

Please request a warranty card from info@b-star.co.uk and return it to B-Star Wheels within 10 days of purchase. This warranty only applies in the United Kingdom.

ONCE YOU FIT A TYRE ONTO YOUR NEW WHEEL(S), YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THEM AND THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED.
